Welcome to WordStack.io (“WordStack,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using WordStack, including our Partner Program, Community Portal, Job Board, and other services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use WordStack.
  • By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Registration

  • Certain features (like the Partner Program and Job Board applications) require creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities that occur under it.
  • You must provide accurate information and update it as necessary.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of the content you create and publish on WordStack.
  • By posting content, you grant WordStack a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.
  • You may not post content that is:
    • Plagiarized or infringing on others’ rights
    • Offensive, illegal, or harmful
    • Spam or promotional content unrelated to WordStack’s purpose
  • WordStack reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

4. Partner Program

  • Participation in the WordStack Partner Program is voluntary and free.
  • Earnings are based on engagement, tracked in real time through our platform.
  • Coins earned may be converted to cash as described in the Partner Program terms.
  • WordStack may update the program rules, conversion rates, or eligibility criteria at any time.

5. Community Portal

  • The Community Portal allows users to interact, share ideas, and participate in discussions.
  • You agree to respect other users and not engage in harassment, spam, or illegal activity.
  • WordStack may moderate or remove content and restrict access to users who violate these rules.

6. Job Board

  • Job postings are provided by third parties. WordStack is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of any job listing.
  • Users applying to jobs are responsible for evaluating the opportunity and any agreements with employers.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any law or regulation
  • Infringe others’ intellectual property rights
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services
  • Attempt to access restricted parts of the platform without authorization

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • WordStack provides the Services “as is” and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding content, reliability, or suitability.
  • WordStack does not guarantee earnings, job placement, or community engagement.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, WordStack is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. Termination

  • WordStack may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.
  • You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

  • WordStack may update these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
